Tamales

For best results, steam the tamales in a vegetable steamer that is 8” -10” in diameter. We like to take the time to steam our tamales, but they are also delicious heated in the microwave and topped with one of our sauces.

STEAMER
FROZEN: Thaw frozen tamales at room temperature for 45 minutes, then steam in a vegetable steamer for 30 minutes.
THAWED: Steam in a vegetable steamer for 30 minutes.

MICROWAVE
FROZEN: Thaw the tamales using your microwave's defroster on low power until they are soft and room temperature. Microwave a dozen for 2 minutes or more to desired warmth.
THAWED: Microwave a dozen for 3 minutes or more to desired warmth.

Turkey: Traditional Smoked, Gourmet Smoked Jalapeno Glazed

Thaw your product to room temperature. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove from packaging and place Turkey on a rack in a roasting pan. Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of pan if desired and cover with foil or lid. Heat for approximately 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice as desired.

Peppered Ham

Thaw your product to room temperature. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove from packaging and wrap Ham in foil. Place in pan and heat for 40 to 45 minutes. Slice as desired.

Honey Glazed Spiral Cut Ham

Your ham is already fully-cooked and ready to enjoy, and is best served directly from the refrigerator.

If heating is desired, we recommend heating only those slices you plan to use and not the entire ham. However, you can wrap individual spiral slices in aluminum foil and heat them. If using a conventional oven, cover the entire ham (or portion to be used) and heat at 275 degrees F for about 10 minutes per pound. Place a shallow pan with water on the rack below the ham for additional moisture. Slices can also be heated in a skillet or used in grilled sandwiches, like our Grown-Up Grilled Ham & Cheese.

Herb & Garlic Smoked Chicken

Thaw your product to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from packaging and place in pan with 1 cup of water in bottom if desired. Cover with foil for half of reheating time. Heat for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and slice as desired.
