Exchange and Delivery
EXCHANGE POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Republic of Texas Food Company will gladly exchange your purchase for an item(s) of equal or greater value. No cash refunds/credit will be given. In the unlikely event that an item return is for quality reasons, a refund will be offered only if an exchange of equal or greater value is not warranted.
ADDRESS ERRORS: For any items returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we will reship those products at your cost with your permission. In the case of smoked meats, for food safety reasons, we are unable to repackage and ship returned items.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS: We are unable to guarantee delivery of our products on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday.
International Orders: We apologize that we cannot ship our smoked meat products to any International countries at this time Frozen food and other perishable items may not ship to International destinations. We use plenty of ice packs and an insulated box or cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive in excellent condition. And, we can get your package to you when you want it!
Standard Delivery – This option is not available for smoked goods outside of Texas. All other items you order will arrive in 7-10 business days or less from the day you place your order. As you checkout and provide shipping address information.
Express Delivery - Your package will arrive in 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) on Wednesday will ship the following week.
Standard Overnight Delivery - Order by 9:00 a.m. (Central Time) weekdays and your package will arrive by the next business afternoon. Overnight Delivery is available Monday through Friday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. Please not UPS charges additional rates for Saturday delivery.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
